Hearts to be Healed Organization Invitation

Hearts to be Healed “H2BH” is inviting visual artists to participate in the foundation by contributing their original art pieces to help with fundraising efforts. All the participating artists will have the opportunity to paint or create an original piece of art. Please see the invitation guidelines below:

Artist Benefits and Compensation:

  1. The artist will receive national and international promotion through the H2BH foundation web page, social media, art storefront, and events.
  2.  The artist will receive 50%* of the final sale of their original artwork sold through the H2BH foundation for as long as they remain a participant. Any donations to the foundation from the proceeds of the sale of the original artwork will be solely at the discretion of the artist.
  3. Reproduction funds will serve as a donation to the foundation.
  4. The artist will receive a certificate of recognition along with an invoice from the sale of the original piece of art.
  5. The artist will receive invitations to all the art exhibitions and events sponsored by the
    foundation.
*The final amount will be a total of the remainder after all the fees to third parties are paid.

EXHIBIT PARTICIPATION GUIDELINES

  1. The artwork shall include themes of hearts, caregivers, love, compassion, hope, and faith in any landscape or interpretation desired.
  2. The foundation will hold a series of various promotional events. The participating artists will be notified in advance via email.
  3. If the artist happens to be out of the country where the art exhibit will take place, the artist will be allowed to participate with a lithograph.

ARTWORK GUIDELINES

  1. The artists will have the opportunity to create up to three pieces of art. 
  2. The artists will produce a certificate of authenticity and description for each one of their pieces of art.
  3. A high-quality photograph must be submitted to the art committee of H2BH for reproductions and lithographs. 
  4. The artist can choose any type of framing they desire. 
  5. The paintings should include a wire for hanging.
  6. The artwork can be done in any style and medium. 
  7. During the art exhibitions the artist will be responsible for the transportation of the artwork.
