The story behind Hearts to be healed

Our founder Hector and his wife Dina owned a ranch together where they loved to spend their days, enjoying the beauty of nature and each other’s company. Dina dedicated herself to working with autistic children, making a positive impact on their lives. Together, they raised their three children in a close-knit and loving environment.

When Dina fell ill, Hector’s loving and supportive nature shone through – he became her caregiver and dedicated himself to standing by her every step of the way. After she passed away, Hector felt compelled to found a non-profit organization in her honor. The foundation’s main goal is to raise awareness about the challenges that caregivers face, and to provide these unsung heroes with the support they need to continue their important work.

Helping Those Who
Help Others

In recent years, we have witnessed the collective worldwide struggle with worsening emotional health. Almost everyone’s mental health was affected in one way or another by the recent pandemic as well as by many unprecedented worldwide events.

Not only is mental health an issue, but the overburdened medical system has taken a toll on all types of caregivers. During this time, providing treatment and support to all patients has become even more difficult. Hearts to be healed was founded with the purpose of easing the burden on caregivers and providing online resources to achieve a better quality of life.
